Erik Schraga, MD is a Saratoga native. He is a graduate of the prestigious Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. He completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Washington and a residency in Emergency Medicine at UCLA. He currently serves as the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center in Burlingame, CA. He is also a Chief Editor for Medscape/WebMD, specializing in Emergency Medicine procedures, which has always been his strong focus clinically. Dr. Schraga Is passionate about the mission to revolutionize medical delivery in a patient-centered approach. His goal is to minimize suffering in all regards, whether it be from pain, fear, or financial hardship, and believes that his team of clinicians is ideally suited to do it promptly and in one’s own home. He recognizes the extraordinary barriers in the current healthcare system and is dedicated to working with his patients to overcome these unnecessary hindrances, as nobody should be denied physical or mental wellness.
