- No. Bay Mobile Urgent Care is not a clinic or urgent care center. It is a private medical house call service. Care is provided by appointment in the home rather than at a walk in facility.
What types of medical problems can be treated at home?
- This service is appropriate for many urgent medical concerns that would otherwise lead someone to seek urgent care or emergency department evaluation. Examples include acute illness, respiratory symptoms, minor injuries, pediatric concerns, worsening symptoms that need timely medical assessment, and situations where avoiding a clinic or hospital environment is preferred.

When should I go to the emergency room instead?

Who provides the care?

When clinically appropriate, nurse visits may be arranged as part of a physician directed plan of care. In all cases, medical decision making and oversight remain with the physician.
Do you offer pediatric urgent care at home?
- Yes. Select pediatric visits are available when clinically appropriate. Families often choose in home care to reduce stress for children and avoid emergency department exposure. Pediatric care is provided within the scope of safe home based evaluation.
Do you provide same day or after hours medical visits?
- Same day, evening, and weekend visits may be available depending on location, timing, and clinical appropriateness. Availability is intentionally limited. This is not an on demand dispatch service.
How quickly can a doctor come to my house?
- Response time varies based on location, time of day, and current availability. Visits are scheduled to allow adequate time for evaluation and medical decision making.

- Bay Mobile Urgent Care serves select areas within the Bay Area. Service area depends on travel distance and clinical considerations.
How much does a visit cost?
- Bay Mobile Urgent Care is a private pay medical service. Visits begin at $1,000. Pricing may vary for after hours or weekend visits, extended visit duration, travel distance, or when certain procedures or services are required. Insurance is not billed.
- When appropriate, telehealth and nurse visits can be arranged at lower cost.
Do you accept insurance?

How do I request a visit?
